CORD requires a Field Coordinator for their Scholarship for Adivasi Youth. The selected candidate can be based in Jharkhand, Chhatisgarh or Odisha, and should be willing to travel regularly.
About the role:
The Field Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the outreach and implementation of the program. The work will involve travelling to selected areas, engaging with Adivasi students (with special focus on Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups – PVTGs), and assisting young students in accessing scholarships for continuing education.
Requirements:
- Based in Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, or Odisha
- Willingness and ability to travel within these states
- Strong interest in education and commitment to working with Adivasi communities.
- Empathy, compassion, and good interpersonal skills.
Remuneration:
- ₹10,000 per month (part-time).
