LibTech India urgently requires a short-term Senior Researcher for an action research project on exclusions from welfare schemes in Jharkhand to join immediately. This is a short-term assignment, but likely to be extended.

Qualifications

  • At least a Postgraduate degree
  • At least 2 years experience in the rural social policies
  • Experience and willingness to do fieldwork
  • Good writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Knowledge of welfare schemes in Jharkhand would be given preference
  • Preference for candidates from Jharkhand

Candidates with a Graduation degree and more work experience will also be considered.

The selected candidate will be based in Ranchi. The work will require them to visit different blocks in Jharkhand.

Remuneration

The remuneration will be between Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience and LibTech’s assessment.
